Ecusta Trail
The Ecusta Trail, will connect the cities of Hendersonville and Brevard, in the counties of Henderson and Transylvania respectively. This bicycle trail when completed will be 19.4 miles long, given one an unforgettable ride. Nature will play de biggest part on this scenario, riding by forest and creeks, one might think that time moved backwards.
Oklawahala Trail
Hendersonville's Oklawaha Trail (3.5 miles) runs through wetlands, meadows and forests connecting Jackson Park and Berkley Ball Par park. The name (Oklawaha) is from the Cherokee language and means "slowly moving muddy waters" because much of the Greenway runs along Mud Creek, a key part of the Henderson County watershed.
